"On several continents, through several decades, the experience as both owner and consultant, managing a broad range of projects and people has brought me to a unique place. I still have the passion of the five year old boy, but I have the experience of a lifetime to bring your project to it’s true and fitting completion." -Michael Roseman
To the ancient Greeks the Master Builder was the Architekton. He was trained in all phases of design and construction. He was the overseer of the entire project, from concept, design through construction. It was the Master Builder and the Owner alone, no misguided efforts or costs. The high standards and responsibilities of the Master Builder are unique; extreme passion and dedication. That was true in ancient Greece. It is true today at A.R.M. Industries.

He was barely five years old when he walked onto his first construction site with his father. A building was going up, from the level of a child.
Development and construction was his destiny. He follows the footsteps of two generations of real estate developers and contractors, down a straight path.
Michael was born in Pretoria, South Africa and attended the University of the Witwatersrand on a full academic scholarship from the Building Institute Federation of South Africa. He graduated with honors from Wits University, ranked as one of the world's leading architectural schools, with a degree in Construction Management.
His belief and commitment to the construction industry is based on the education, training and experience as a Master Builder. With that approach Michael joined his family's business in Roseman Construction in 1990, developing a 46 unit apartment building. That year he received the Master Builders Association Award for management and leadership.
Michael immigrated to the Los Angeles area in 1993 and began working with Goldrich & Kest Industries where he created their Special Project Division focused on renovations to aging portfolio. Soon after, the Northridge Earthquake created an immense amount of work to manage, in which he lead and managed the construction specifications and the repair of 78 apartment complexes in the vicinity of the earthquake.
In 1999, Michael obtained his contractors License- 960580- and in 2001 established A.R.M. Construction Management, currently A.R.M. Industries, Inc. A.R.M Industries, Inc. specializes in property upgrades, tenant improvements, creative space and Construction Management. A.R.M. Residential served homeowners with new constructions, renovations and additions.
